I have over 20+ years in operational management skills from work within Fortune 500 companies that I translate into actionable items for solopreneurs or smaller teams. I’ve done this before in extremely challenging environments with limited resources for startups in  Sierra Leone and I’ve partnered with non-profits such as MAPS and many solopreneurs in the community to drive sustainable growth, pivot marketing strategies and create alternate revenue streams.
